Vinyl/rubber treatment suggestions?

Anyone have suggestions on what to use to apply to these areas? The engine area is that long gasket. Not sure what to use there because of the heat from the engine. The other area below is the wedge in front of each window. Thanks.

Other people have suggested Gummi Pflege. Been around for a long time.

Appreciate the suggestion. I’m going to pick that up too. I’ve also been having a problem with my door sticking, depending on the weather. And it sounds like Gummi Pflege is made for that.
