Greetings Gents,

I have a couple questions in regards to the tuning of my daily.

I have purchased BM3 and plan to select the stage 2 map on 91 octane with the most aggressive bubbles offered. That being said, I also have a VRSF Catless Downpipe on the way as well to compliment the tune.

My questions arise with, do I tune the vehicle prior to the downpipe installation? or vice versa and tune once the downpipe has been installed.

Also would like to know if it is okay to drive the vehicle on stage 2 with the downpipe but no intercooler for a matter of months...I figure I can go through the winter without it, and I shall purchase/install once the spring arises.

I just did this job Saturday. New MAD intercooler with CTS downpipe and bm3 91octane stage2, I did not go with the aggressive version.

When you select stage 2 in the bm3 software it specifies downpipe and intercooler so I would lean towards taking their word for it.

The OEM + (stage 0+) is free so just use that until you get an IC. Or just do the stage 1 map until you have an IC then buy the stage 2.

You should not run stage 2 without an intercooler, IAT will be up the roof

you are almost there, get a charge pipe and intercooler and you are set.
