The little bugger got me again!

Had Gall Bladder surgery last Tuesday so today was the first outing in the vert and low and behold another check engine light. I get home and it is a P0238 boost sensor bad. Pop the hood (and I just checked two days ago) and there is another nest in well of the oil filler cap. Popped the cover off and this is what I find. At least it was just one wire and an easy find and fix (unlike the last one, see #5223). I have got to get that little bugger for sure this time. Stuffed a paper tower rolled up and soaked in Cayenne pepper around the filler cap.

After the second time I'd be setting lots of traps. Poison too if it is in a safe area for pets and children.

Mother effing rodents!!!

Hey, I have to give a shout out to the guy who started this post many moons ago. He no longer has his m235 but bits of it live on in my 240. He's local to me, good guy and my hats off to him for what he started on this forum 5000+ post later.
Cheers brother.

I installed the matte black M performance rear diffuser. This is the part my local dealer quoted me $1600 to install as they claimed the whole rear bumper had to come off. This took me about 20 minutes to complete. I really like the look and the color against the BSM. Might need to get some proper exhaust tips now.

Here is a pic of the stock one and then a couple of the new piece....

Can somebody look if this is normal

So I was driving home and heard a loud clang come from the front driver side wheel well. On first inspection I can't see anything wrong with the wheel on and I made sure it looked like all fender liner parts are there. I noticed this gap in coverage though. Can somebody else with a 2 series check this bit here and see if you have an opening here where you can see through the fender well to the road? Coolant reservoir on the right for reference point of where I'm looking...

Where did you get these from? I'm thinking about something similar for my ride.

Just picked up a 2018 230i M Sport in Sunset Orange with 6700 miles. My first BMW. Coming from a Civic Type-R. Can anyone recommend someone to contact to help me with installing CarPlay? I have factory Nav, but none of the other options that allow CarPlay to be accessed.

Welcome and congrats. There is a sub-forum for that with lots of useful stuff. Probably get better answers asking there. Cheers!

Looks great! For a moment I thought I was looking at a pic of my car. I have those same floor mats and the same pedal covers.

Fitted the matte black M Perf front splitter on the car yesterday. It was a pain getting both the left and right sides to line up with the double sided tape wanting to stick wherever first contact to the car was made. My wife and I did the best we could but it isn't perfect. Oh well, I may be the only person that notices. Here is a pic of stock setup and a couple with the new piece. Ground clearance in the front is going to get dicey after I put the dinan springs in soon.

When I installed the piece I noticed there were a few scratches under the existing structure. I expect that I will scratch up the new piece quite a bit and will do my best to avoid it being ripped off.

Also Had a stripped lug. Worked on it with all the tools and extractors. Nothing
Went to tire shop they tried all the tools nothing.
Finally torched it off.
What a pain. I have never seen lugs as tight as they were on this car when I got it. Breaker with extension full weight to break them loose.
