Nothing.
My stock M235i is fast, clean, garaged when not in use and a joy to drive. Looks like new; drives like new; smell like new.

We are like aliens as car lovers that prefer stock. I keep busy enough doing maintenance and reliability mods to think about aftermarket mods that will only make the car usually less reliable

Relisted my car in the member classified section and will be posting locally on FB marketplace. I've been back and forth on keeping my car but I have an insane itch that needs to be scratched by getting the new M2. My allocation is coming up in the next month or two. The trick is not selling my car too soon. Until then I will be driving and enjoying my M240i.

Had my turn down installed about a week ago, sounds gnarly. Shooting white flames with 200 proof.

Installed the Amazon Special Sequential Mirror turn signals.
Must say, with everything else going up in price, $40 down from $200 on these is righteous. Will be posting an installation video on my Youtube channel Wednesday (6/28) 6pm CST for actual footage of the lighting. |

Painting and rebuilding calipers properly because they turned green from the track . Using high heat primer, paint, and clear. As well as the rebuild kit from bimmerworld.

Finally getting an alignment done after spring and camber plate install a couple weeks ago. Car feels so much more confident in turns with a little (less than 2 degrees) added front camber. Went with Eibach springs for less of a drop to retain winter driving ability but still added some stiffness.

Got any links to the items you used? Looking to paint my brakes that same color from the OEM blue.

Primer (2x): https://www.vhtpaint.com/high-heat/v...eproof-coating Caliper Paint (2x): https://www.vhtpaint.com/high-heat/vht-caliper-paint Clear Coat (2x): https://www.summitracing.com/parts/vht-sp730 Rebuild Kit (3x): https://www.bimmerworld.com/Brakes/C...rt-Brakes.html Stickers: I printed them myself after taking measurements Note: I bought 3 fronts as the rear pistons are the same size as front on our OEM brakes. The rear kit that Bimmerworld offers is for the 44MM rear pistons that come on the F8x and the F3x blue brake. I also used some aircraft grade paint stripper and a sanding disc to prep the calipers for paint. |

Installed this front lips that just came in ordered back in Feb.. And immediately took it on a drive up GMR canyon in Azusa Cali.
Definitely much better aero downforce from the lips, not. |

I'd like to install a front lip like that, but only for the summer, I'd have to remove it for the winter as my back lane would probably destroy it. How easy are these things to take on and off? Maybe could be mounted with dzus clips or something like that? Just looking for ideas.

However to get access inside to tighten, you would have to remove the front bumper. A lil bit more work. Not familiar with dzus clips so cant comment |

Dzus clips are quarter turn fasteners, widely used in racing applications.
https://www.murraymotorsport.com/dzus-fasteners I assume I would have to take the bumper off to install the back half, but unlike a nut and bolt it would be a one time thing. |
