Bugs in brake light housing

I noticed that the center brake light on my 2014 M235i has collected some small bugs. Is this brake light assembly accessible for cleaning?

I just checked my 2015. One bug, very small. My old 325 had maybe half a dozen by the time I reluctantly parted ways with it after over a dozen years. Badge of honor! The bugs are dead and desiccated. They do no harm.
