Are you still using Castrol Long Life 04?

Recently BMW decertified Castrol oil in the US but I noticed you can still buy Castrol edge long life 04 in Germany. Any comments on this? I change my oil on my 228i myself and feel ripped off after paying double the price for BMW's own branded long life 04.

I see this is a very old post, but just in case I will say that the oil of my 218d was changed recently and they put Castrol 0w30 long life 04.
This was done by an authorized BMW service.
