Hi! New M240 owner

Hi yall! I traded in my 2016 228i (needed something reliable after my 07 335i exploded) last week for a CPO 2018 m240 convertible with 19k miles. Damn I love this car <3 Have a few light external mods planned (black Grill, CF spoiler and front lip, diffuser etc) and will probably add the MPE (car came with a Dinan intake) but thats about it. Thanks for the forum tons of great info here

Congratulations – this is the first dark-colored convertible I can recall seeing on this forum, and it looks great!

I take it that's an old WWII battery you've chosen for a backdrop? It looks just like the batteries built to protect the approach to San Francisco Bay.

Thanks! Yeah Ive always been fond of black cars..just not them constantly being dusty....

And yeah this was taken out at Fort Pickens in Pensacola. Originally built during the Civil War but had some add ons during WWII I believe

Hey OP, this is an evil contrast! I love the oyster interior! Best advice I can give you is to get the car ceramic coated; easy rinse less wash to clean away all that dust that settles on black exterior. Also dark blue jeans and oyster interior may not make the best of friends but nothing that a bottom seat cover can't solve when you are rocking some raw denim!
