Surprisingly easy to install. Two (included) screws hold it in, and the factory clips (make sure you install the o-rings) snap it to the pipes. Will get a shipping quote tomorrow. It is BEEFY

I didn't notice lag, but it was installed in conjunction with the Bootmod3 that dramatically increased low-end torque.
