BBS CH-R's in Titanium finish on MG M240i

I installed some BBS CH-R wheels today and took her for a spin, very very happy with the beefier look, quality, fitment and feel so far! Specs are F: 18x8 ET40, (225/40) R: 18x9 ET44 (255/35). Tires are the excellent Michelin Pilot A/S 3+ for year round daily duty. These are flush fitments, no issues on the XDrive. No plans for a subtle drop like I usually do, it would look better though. I haven't seen any pics of Titanium CH-R's on MG yet so thought I'd share some. Thanks to EAS for hooking me up with the whole wheel/tire/tpms package...a plug and play deal.

Looks wonderful! Are you planning on selling your OEM wheels?

No, I'm going to hold on to them. I'll put them back on when I sell the car down the road.

I have the same wheels on an EB II M240i. They have the most resilient finish of any wheels I’ve have ever seen. And the matte finish really hides the brake dust. Nice choice!

Great look, thanks - would have expected a 225 on 8" to look stretched, but those look perfect.

These are top quality wheels. A sweet spot both in terms of strength / weight and price. I have a set in silver and a set in black. I only wish they made them a bit more concave. The center could certainly be more recessed, by about half an inch, without hitting the brake calipers.

Hi! I am about to get these wheels BBS CH but in different offset:
18" x 8.0: +35 Offset
18" x 9.0: +35 Offset
May I know if they will fit to my car m235i? Will it touch the brake caliber or other problem?
If so, what is the best Tyres specs should go with these wheels.
I am noob

No go on the rear, front is probably OK but very aggressive. I replied to your other post here: http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1499278

Nice dude. I always thought the grey anthracite wheels on the mineral grey car would look too similar and almost dissappear, but they are slightly lighter and look great

I like those wheels, I looked at getting them myself but didn't really care for the "motorsport" writing on them. I had, and absolutely hated, the A/S3+ tires though. Loud on the highway with sloppy side to side handling. I hope you're having better luck with them. I've still got my set, with less than 2k miles on them, sitting my garage.

Wheels look great. I'd be interested to see how 19's look.

Yeah, all's good here with the A/S 3+. I find them to be a very sticky tire, nice on-center feel and overall nice response. I do notice a little more tread noise than the PSS but it doesn't bug me.
