Does anyone know of a shop willing to sell a custom map to run with race gas MS109? Jordan Tuned sells one but is $599 which I think is
way too expensive looking to pay 300

Cheap things usually aren't great and great usually isn't cheap. You really want to play cheap with a tune and risk your engine? Maybe save up a little longer and then tune the car.

Simple rule to modding cars... And in my 40 years of messing with cars, accessories, engines, it has proved itself again and again.

FAST/CHEAP/RELIABLE

You can only have two of the three at any time. So if it's fast & cheap, it won't be reliable. If it's fast & reliable it isn't cheap. Cheap & reliable isn't fast...

This is an inescapable universal law! It applies to all cars, regardless.

That said, I do wish there was a Tuning Kit like HP Tuners for the ECU because in car tunes are the most effective method to adding power. Boxed tunes, Maps, etc., that you cannot change are just ok.
