Hey guys,

Not M235i related but almost the same,

I've got an N55 2012 135i with Injen intake, catless downpipe and m performance exhaust and Cobb APV3.

When going to track days I been having issues when exiting turn under full throttle in 3rd gear.
Usually car goes in heavy Limp Mode and following codes appear.
P2EFE –
P2F04 –
P2F02 –
P2EE0 –
P2EF4 –
P2EED –

Yesterday after a few times clearing codes and heading back out I got a smaller limp mode and this code only came up.
P2C01 -

Switched maps a few time to see if it would change anything, but it didn't the only solution I found to delay the coding/limp mode was being light on the throttle and accelerate gradually at a very slow rate.

As of now I changed plugs to NGK 97506 gapped to 0.022 but that didn't change anything.

I've been reading around and as of now figured it could be coils, injectors, HPFP, or even that my tune would need to be revised, so before changing everything and not knowing if either its going to resolve my problem. Can someone who has had this issue help me out.

What about the B58 pump that is mentioned on other forums? Surprised that hasn't been brought up here?

All the tuners I speak to say the lpfp isn't needed as long as u have the hpfp.

Be careful with the lpfp to hpfp hose. Mine leaked and had to get it replaced with a custom hose.

I got a good deal on it and was worried about the stock LPFP burning up to supply the HPFP efficiently. I値l keep the hose in mind. Thanks for the heads up! Figured if I was spending that much on the HPFP, might as well upgrade the LPFP. Better safe than sorry.

Bringing this older thread back.

Couple of things:

I've attempted to retro a M4 hpfp to my N55 around 2016-17. Total disaster. We had to swap out the alternator, new wiring harness for the alternator, new DME, re-pin the DME, problems with the fuel ekp. After all that we went back to stock due to never getting it to work right.

Fast forward to now.

Helix Overdrive!
Have not purchased one yet due to it being so new to the market. Reached out to some who are using it on IG and so far they are reporting no problems. I'll most likely make the move if they are still good by early next year.

Anyone here using the overdrive kit?
