So good to be out driving!

Went for a short drive up to Mt Hamilton on Sunday with a mate. His M3 puts down the power way better than the m240 but he suffers a little from heatsoak whereas the torque of the B58 works a treat! Loving the M240 for sure

Nice, sounds like it's time for an LSD so you can hook up just like your buddy

What route(s) did you guys take up and back – was the traffic tolerable?

I haven't been up to the top of Mt. Hamilton since the mid-80s. It was always a nice drive, similar to going up Mt. Diablo or Mt. Tamalpais in terms of the views. The Bay Area really has an impressive variety of terrain and roads available to enthusiasts, doesn't it.

I have close family in the Eastbay and every time I go over there i drool at the roads up in the hills. I have to drive hours to find stuff anywhere close to as good as that here in Seattle.

Taking Mines Rd from Livermore up to the observatory. This was Sunday afternoon - traffic was ok; a few mbikes, no cyclists and a couple of locals that almost always pull over when they can. Def a scorched earth look to the terrain after the fires but also v thankful to be able to get out for a while

Sounds like good time. I like the M stripe that you put there. Very settle and good looking.
