Power Steering Fluid / b46 / 20' 230

Hey Guy's
so I got under the hood to just do a check on the fluids.

I found the power steering fluid, but it's inches away from what looks like a strut, and the coolant (see pic).

I tried to release the cap but it was jammed tight, even trying to turn from left to right. I can only get my finger tips around the cab, I'm hesitant to use any force or tools.

Am I missing something, I might need a big wrench, as it's band new I suspect it's never been opened

txs

That is the cooling system's expansion tank. The steering is electric, no fluid no pump.

The intercooler coolant cap should unscrew easily when the coolant is cool, but it does have a locking “notch” that you initially have to overcome, which may make it feel tighter than it actually is.
