Having scoured the internet for a new rear diffuser for my M240i, just wondering as a fairly new owner if there are any particular diffusers that are recommended and where to purchase from. Preferably in the UK!

The stock one is a little tame for my liking and needs to be more aggressive.

Any other modification suggestions always welcome

Just installed my Dinnman diffuser. Expensive but nothing as aggressive out there.

That does look really mean, proper good look to that. But do they do one in a matte black and ship to UK that could perhaps bump the price up dramatically especially in current climate

Pretty sure it is just cf and they are made to order. But the guys work is meticulous and the fit is perfect. Not sure on shipping charges but mine shipped free from California to Texas.

looks like there's a bit of a gap on the passenger side around the reflector. did you have to take the bumper off? how is the fit to you in that area? thanka

No didn't take bumper off. Probably will at some point to get it perfect but not the quality of the part that's the issue. CF of course isn't flexible like plastic so in order to get it perfect I will probably pull bumper and redo it at some point.

Always the m-sport diffuser. If you order from ind-distribution you can have different sections painted any 2 series color.

Yes, the diffuser in matte black. The ebay listing mentioms they will paint it for $30 if you would like, but I opted for matte and save the $30 because my car is black

Really, really interested in your review of this when you get it. Lowest I've found the genuine diffuser for is $385

Scoured the internet for a good paint (rattle can) for body pieces. Came up with Rust-Oleum trim and bumper paint (semigloss black). Painted my grille surrounds with it as a test and it looks fantastic. True black, and obviously meant to be on car parts out in the sun all day so no reason to assume it won't hold up, in case anyone else was wondering what paint to use

Same! I've been looking for a replica one on the cheaper side for a while and even the replicas have all been $400+.

Saw this on eBay and instantly pulled the trigger. It should be here in a couple of days, I will defs keep you guys updated!

Guys.... you're not going to believe this shit. The delivery service delivered it on my porch and 30 minutes later the same delivery company had a pick-up from my house scheduled and the frikkin guy picked up my delivered diffuser and took it with him assuming that was the pick up.

God dammit I can't believe it came from Turkey to my front porch and they f*ked me like that.

I even have the camera footage of them delivering it and picking it back up. Now they're tracking it in their own god damn warehouses. I've filed a ticket and they've yet to locate it 5 days later... god dammit man
