I've been going to Open Road for over 20 years. They have always communicated well, my ride is always ready as promised. I had a problem once last year and they stepped up to the plate and took care of it. I had a few emergency services and even though they "didn't have" any loaners available, they always find one for me. I have no issues and often recommend them.

I don't have an answer, but how far are you willing to drive? I don't envision driving times are short around that area.

It was John Ladany but he got promoted to Service Manager since my last service. You can ask for him and just let him know Laura with the X6M referred you. He'll take care of you.

Kinda far from jersey but for the NY metro area, Rallye BMW is pretty good in my experience. Theyre not my local BMW shop anymore but the 5-6 times I’ve used them its been better than average.

When I lived in NYC I always heard good things about them from my friends that lived in Long Island.
