M240i RWD Wheel Reccomendations

So my inability to find a thread around this exact question has lead me making a post about it. I got a 2021 M240i RWD, Im trying to find the largest Rim/Tire to fit in the Rear. I'm looking for either 17" APEX's or Beadlocks. Any reccomendations/ Pics of your setup with specs and suspension. So far all ive seen everywhere is everyone runs 255's in the rear on 18x9.5, which blows my mind as to how you get any traction?

I'm running 18x9.5's in the rear with 265's with stock suspension. No rubbing issues and i will be able to lower the car with springs. I think you could do 275's as long as you aren't planning to lower the car too much. To improve traction I had the M perf LSD installed and I set specific torque limits by gear using the XHP transmission tune. It's still gets pretty squirrely in 1st thru 3rd gear as the car has too much torque for the setup.

Could you share your torque limits? Or it's standart RWD pre-set on XHP?

Sure here is what I run:

1st: 368
2nd: 442
3rd: 516
4th: 516
5th thru 8th: whatever the default setting is

When it's over 65 degrees Fahrenheit on my summer tires I get pretty good grip with the settings. 1st gear there is always some spin regardless of setting, 2nd and 3rd it's right on the limit of spinning most of the time. When it's cold here in Minnesota the settings don't matter, there is just lots of spinning.
