2016 M235i Tensioner Wobble and Engine Noise

Changed my oil (most likely unrelated) burned about 1.5 liters in 7500 miles, drained 5.5 vs 7 liter capacity. Noticed the tensioner wobble (replaced in Aug 22)
I removed and inspected the belt, double checked torque of the tensioner and idler pulley, both still correct. Wobble seems improved, ticking seems more pronounced and there is a high pitched whine (identified in video) I avoid the mechanic at all costs and try to do as much as I can myself. Appreciate any advice from the community.
