I made a Maintenance Tracker Template on Google Sheets

Hi all,
I couldn't find a good solution to tracking maintenance history and intervals, so I made one! This Google doc allows you to log your service history, set standard maintenance intervals, and decode your vin.

Maybe this will be useful to someone else also, so I figured I'd share it here.

Hi there, thanks for the work. I did have to make a change because for service items that are not in the the date defaulted to 12/1899. I added a new cell in the top for In-service Date (Purchase Date if you like) at cell C8. Then I updated the formula on Summary column E to:

Code:

=if(maxifs(Log!A:A,Log!D:D,C17) = 0,$C$8,maxifs(Log!A:A,Log!D:D,C17))

Seems a bit cleaner where an item not serviced yet is given the In-Service date.
