Is this sound to do with timing chain or completely normal?

Hi,

I'm recently hearing some new sound that seems to be coming from my engine which sounds like a high-pitched whirring sound when accelerating. I've researched my engine type (N20) and have seen that a common issue can be the timing chain. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not but I've had my car in at my local garage to get it checked and they said that they couldn't hear any sound issues or see any error codes to show the timing chain is having an issue.

The video is only short but I hear this generally whenever I'm accelerating from being stopped still.

I have got an issue with a mount on my exhaust which you might be able to hear in the video but I'm mainly focused on the whirring sound.

Any opinions from people who may know more about this would be appreciated.

Thanks,
