Stock staggered setup help!

Was looking into getting winter tires for my M235i and can't seem to find performance winter tires for the factory spec at least not for the rear 245/45/18 winter tires do not exist for some reason. Is there another tire size that y'all have used that would would recommend for the rear?

You can use 225/40 on all four corners without any problems. Alternative you could try 225/45 and 245/40

And I hope you were searching for 245/35-18 as 245/45-18 would probably create problems.

My bad the factory specs are 225/40/18 and 245/35/18 I can't find any performance winter Torres for the rear looking for alternative sizes that won't cause problems. I'm RWD

I'm running square 225s on 8" wheels for my winter set, options are not limited with that size.. the loss of rear width isn't the end of the world but just something you need to be conscious of when getting on the gas at times.

The Vredestein Wintrac Pro performance winter tire in 225/40-18 front and 235/40-18 rear might be an option for you: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/vredestein-wintrac-pro.

The rear Vredestein is 0.6" greater in diameter than the rear tire that came on your car. I suspect it doesn't matter. Tire Rack can almost certainly tell you if it does or not.
