The cats' quality is the same; you are spending the extra money for the finish quality. ER is made in the US; their finish is second to none.

Whether it's worth it or not is subjective.

If you are worried about the check engine light or emission, you should go into the more expensive options like Active Autowerke with GESI cats.

You won't find this in a comment section on Mike's shop, because they are constantly removing any feedback stating this behavior, which is really disgusting.
So for me the question would be - is it worth to pay more for Evolution Racewerks downpipe, if it brings A CEL just like cheaper VRSF or any other cheaper option? I leave answer with you :-)
Please post where I said the evolution racewerks do not trigger the check engine light.

I just said this on the thread where I clearly state the difference in price and the reasoning + I tell you that if you do not want the check engine light, you should get the Active Autowerke with GESI cats.

Op,

Check out our 4.5'' catted 200 cell downpipe it wont pass emissions like the rest you posted but, it sure will save you a few bucks. I also believe our step down piping has a smoother transition as well.

Any brand, in this case, would pass emissions.
It is about the spacer and not the downpipe at this point.

I'm just saying it's an alternative which is nice to have when modding. Also, i have seen it not work on another high flow dp so i can't say it would work on every hfdp...
