Retrofitting Electric/Power seats?
Looking for any insight into retrofitting electric/heated seats into my manual/heated seat F22.
Control modules aren't an issue (included/attached to seat) but more curious regarding the remaining level of effort...wiring/coding/parts? Seeing threads for other chassis and wondering if it's still so involved in an F22.

I wasn't too keen on messing with the bus wiring while under warranty, so I did not pursue.

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on retrofitting heated seats to a 2016 f22 218i. The car currently has non heated fabric seats. I understand I need to get the heated seats with control modules as well as the AC unit with heated seat buttons. I also understand these need to be coded in. What I'm unsure on is if there is any wiring required between the seats and the car or if this is simply a case of plug and play?
