Can anyone confirm this fits M240 brakes?

Does that spare tire fit over the m sport brakes on an M240i? Has anyone put it on to verify?

I want to take a long trip next year and was thinking this would be a great safety net for me. I would do a full size spare but I can't seem to find a wheel that isn't more than that.

It says it fits the F22 with 18" wheels, so I assume (me bad) that it fits.
