Hardest Part of Downpipe Instalation

Waiting for the UPS Man to show up with the NEW Wagner Catted Downpipe.

Only took like an hour to remove. My V-Band Clamps were simple to remove and were not bound in place - following BMW DIY GUY video on YouTube.

Hardest Part is waiting for the UPS MAN / FED EX from xph.com

The hardest part by far is getting the bolt to catch on the turbo side clamp. you have to hold the downpipe flush squeeze the clamp and then get a bolt to catch. It's a pain but alot easier if you have someone to hold the downpipe for you.

How painful - where could that DP be? Tracking # does not work.

Arrived at the door 12-22-20 - Long Wait but in the past - UPS lost 1st shipment and XPH.com sent another one!

Cant wait to install. Cell photo of new looks very similar to the photos of HJS 300 Cell Cats.

Installed this afternoon on Ramps. Wagner Catted (Euro 6) Downpipe.

Installed new V-Clamps and Gasket. 13nm Fwd & 30nm aft
.
Have made a test drive - no leaks but haven't had a chance to really test it out.

If you are on the Fence - the Installation is NOT hard and the Wagner Catted fitment was good. The Aft O2 sensor fits but it is located a couple inches aft of the OEM placement and the O2 wire is a little tight but does fit in its holder.
