BM3 Overboost or Fake News?

Will running BM3 Stage 1 with FBO cause overboots conditions because of the Rich settings of Stage 1 vs Stage 2?

Will log this weekend and see but many post on the need to go Stage 2 if running a High Flow Cat.

Some state that Running Stage 1 BM3 with DP will even cause a Cell over Running Stage 2 with same DP due
to the S1 Tune runs rich where the S2 BM3 tune runs leaner.
