Oh my...that's even lamer than I thought. I understand why they'd want to neuter this car similar to how a Cayman S is to a 911. I really hope they designed a specific engine for the M3/4 and not just a rehashed N55.

At least with the E9X, the 35i/is people would never achieve the sexy music the S65 makes + the purity of an NA engine.

The M3/4 engine I am almost certain is a water to air cooled tri-turbo setup. It will be something special that is beyond the norm w/out question.
