Question
I tried posting my question in the Navigation/I-Drive forum but no response.
Whenever I drive our 2016 228i and try to pair my LG K20 to the car, the bluetooth on the phone crashes. My wife's I-phone works fine, and the LG works fine in other vehicles. I checked and there are no updates available for the phone. Anyone have a similar issues? Any suggestions? Is my only option a new phone? |

How old is the phone?
You would think than an international standard, approved by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), would be universal. Now, there have been changes to Bluetooth, but they are supposed to be backwards compatible. |

It's an older phone, but still newer than the car. I believe I got this phone in December 2017.
