If the ///M Performance muffler you are looking at is part 18302424608, it is common between the M240, 340 and 440:

I've looked into this as well with little actual facts to go with. What is necessary really is just some exhaust tip to exhaust tip measurements to make sure that F30 exhausts will fit with an F22 bumper exhaust tip cutout. After that I'm mostly sure that the hangers and/or hanger bracket will need to be replaced or custom made. I'm also mostly sure that everything up from the Y pipe will need to be custom made. Both those custom jobs are relatively simple for a muffler shop, as its just some basic welding. I'm just not sure I want to drop $2000+ ($1600 + whatever custom work is needed) on an exhaust for this car. My ghetto MPPSK idea is to just add a Y section before the muffler and relocate our current valve to just after the Y so that valve open will be straight pipe while valve closed would be what the stock valve open is.

Seems like someone in Germany fitted it on a m235i
Its in German and no subtitles, so not sure what modifications he did. The piping looks untouched though. |

Looks like its possible then! Try using the captions with auto translate turned on. Its mostly gibberish but there are partial sentences that comes through. From the looks of it though the only issue seems to be tip alignment. Not sure if that can be fixed by just adjusting the exhaust a bit or if new tips will need to be welded on with a slight S bend. I think the tips without the slip on ends look great as is, and all it really needs is just an angle cut to match the body line.
