Injectors B58 & brake question

Hey there.
2017 M240 xdrive, fully stock. Haven't had a bit of problem with it yet, and sitting at 50,650 miles on the clock.

Couple of questions.
Replacing the disks and pads all the way around. I know to loosen the brake reservoir cap, but once I do that, do I need to bleed the brakes after? I've done this back in 2008 on an 06 TSX, but can't remember. I don't THINK so, just want to make sure.

Question 2.
I am going to replace the injectors around July of next year unless something happens and I need to do it sooner. Being a stock engine with no mods, would I see any benefit of going with "matched" injectors, or just order the replacements from FCP Euro. Going for longevity here, and the car is fast enough for me as it is.

thanks and have a good one.

you don't need to loosen the brake reservoir cap when only doing your disks and pads. It may make it easier to push the piston but I haven't had an issue with doing it while its closed.

The B58 doesn't typically have injector issue especially at 50k miles. If you suspect something is up then I'd first look at spark plugs and ignition coils. Replacing the injectors is somewhat labor intensive with special equipment and a lot of TTY screws. If you do end up going the route of replacing them, the stock injectors will do just fine.

Stock injectors are fine. Also, the only issues I've seen online were from those who ran questionable custom ethanol tunes, and/or had abused the car regularly. Or didn't have the proper ethanol blend for the tune they're running. Haven't come across a stock B58 yet that had injector issues.

My 2017's at 105k miles with the stock injectors. Occasional PEA additives used and no issues. MHD stage 2 HPFP, xHP stage 3, catless downpipe, TU HPFP.

What brand/s of gas do you put in the car? It matters.
