Coding lci lights help

Anyone in the roswell/Alpharetta’s area who might know how to help me code LCI light upgrade? I have the coding info but don’t know how to actually apply it to the car. Wondering if someone can help me get this done since I swapped lights.

Thanks for any guidance. Bought an obdlinkcx device. Can access but haven’t a clue on how to apply coding to make lights work 100% without errors

Looking for some help
