Hello! I have some questions if you are kind enough to answer. Thank you!
I own a bmw 540xi, catless dp, so pretty much the exact same engine like in the 2 series. I[IMG][/IMG] know its not the right topic for it, but i tought that the 2 series community is a lot more experienced with this type of engine and tunes. I bought a full license for ots maps from MHD.
The problem i'm experiencing is that two updates before, on stage 2 map with aftermaket dp(catless), on the sport display it showed a peak power of around 450hp(attached photo), and now in any gear it would peak ar around 420hp, maybe 430hp.
Also, in the meanwhile i also got a code 11a002 two times, and got into limp mode. But after i delete it with the mhd adapter it runs normally. Sometimes i get a rough cold start also. Do you think is something software related or mecanic(hpfp)?
Also, do you think that with a dorch stage 1 or 2 it will make more hp? Or its just a safety net? Thank you!

your displays are purely cosmetic, but if flashed to stage 2 it should show more HP.

Try flashing again?

With N55 and previous bmws, that code was also a sign of a failing LPFP.

Would also help to know what mileage your car is, and specifics about what as been done for maintenance

Thank you a lot, i tought about the same thing, also i spoke with a mhd employee and he told me the logs look good...but something doesnt feel right. Also im prone to have this problem when going uphill, and i tought this is odd. Maintanence: just done plugs on 47000 km, now 51000, oil and filters every 10000

Following the thread as I have encountered a possibly related issue.

So I have my first drivetrain malfunction while running hard UPHILL Friday of last week. Car was fine later after turning it off and on again. The drivetrain malfunction went away without me clearing any code. Haven’t have issue since.

The code I pulled was also 11A002 high-pressure fuel, plausibility: pressure too low
and 118401 mixture too lean.

Here is a log I did this yesterday

Car is 2018 m240i at 42k miles, tuned bm3 stage 2 about 2k miles ago with plugs changed and stock hpfp and lpfp.

Yes, 11A002 also at me, and since this the power was low for a decatted stage 2, as i could feel the difference from before. Maybe someone can help us out... lpfp or hpfp idk

I did my HPFP in my m240 the other day, when I went for the first drive i got those codes, but then they never came back after cleared and checked everything, was pretty odd not sure if it was normal due to hpfp swap

Mine never came back too... maybe the fuel just happened to choke n starve for a sec, maybe bad fuel or something
