Fuel Cutoff - Security

So... Considering keeping the car safe, if I wanted to install an electric cutoff switch, say to the fuel pump power, or ignition circuit in today's vehicles, is it as easy as it was in the past? Just identify the main power line to the circuit and interrupt it? Of course with a hidden switch somewhere . Want to be sure there's no canbus or other circuiting issues...

Also, does anyone have wiring diagrams with these circuits available for the F22 M240?

Appreciate thoughts in advance!

Have a great day!

Everything's computer controlled (for diagnostic reasons too) these days. Even when the car is off the electronics are working until it sleeps. This has been asked in a few places and I don't recall any definite way to disable the car like that.

Easiest thing to do is pop off the cushion that hides the ekp and unplug it. Takes 1 min to do once you realize how easy it is.. car won't run (they'd need a key anyway tbh)

Needing a "key" proximity has been defeated, can be defeated. And a physical key isn't needed to start the vehicle. I'm looking for simple solution that interrupts the power circuit to either the ignition or fuel delivery (pump).

So... Does anyone care to upload the wiring schematics for these two areas? I will investigate and get/error solutions.

Appreciate the assistance!

Same thing still, but just need a wiring schematic to know what wire is the power circuit, pre or post EKP to the pump. Is easier to flip a hidden switch then go to the trunk and unplug the module every time

Is interesting nonetheless...

Pulling Fuse 165 (20 amp) will kill the fuel pump. So, a simple relay circuit could be installed. The relay would be activated by a switch in the cockpit.
