BMW M235i 6-Spd manual with 37000km (23000miles), no accident. Fully loaded with all options available including all power options, 12-way adjustable heated seats, Navigation (updated 2018), back-up cam, Harman Kardon 12-speakers sound system, electric damping control, front and rear parking sensor with auto parking, front collision and lane departure warning. Pristine condition in and out, stage 2 tuned over 450hp and torque but only ~11L/100km on comfort mode for daily drive. The car was coded to enable video in motion, rear downward camera, LED signal lights, remote window open/close and auto mirror folding. 19" Apex Arc 8 wheels with Toyo Proxes 4 Plus tires installed in Nov. 2018. i bought an extra tow panel and modify it to fit the strap

How are you at 450+ hp without any fuel system upgrades? Are these numbers estimated or dyno?

If it makes 403whp on dyno. with pump gas and a bottle of octane booster, I think it's fair I say the engine pushes 450+ hp

If you say so my friend.... I was honestly intrigued because to reach those numbers most people at the least are on an e30 blend on map 7 with jb4 or with a dme flash. On map 2 (jb4) and pump gas numbers are usually quite a bit lower. That's pretty cool!

ya, i was running map7 on the dyno just to see the number, but put it back to map2 for fuel eco, and longevity.

price dropped to 24500USD. reason I am selling is baby on the way so i need a 4dr. I am open to trade for type-R, Golf R, Focus RS or STi in equally good condition and low mileage.
