Agreed, albeit for me it's MW vs. MG. I've only seen the car in AW and BSM in person so far. AW doesn't look mean enough, and not sure MW will either.

What interior color did you get? If it's Terra, post some pics!!

I just ordered mine - MG six speed with Terra interior. I think it's going to be awesome, but would love to see some proper pics of that combination.

Now that the M235i has been out a while longer, can anyone shed some more light on the similarity (or lack thereof) between Mineral Grey and the diffuser color? I don't think they're the same color. While the simulator doesn't display colors accurately, it clearly indicates a difference in color between the two, yet in pictures it's not so clear. Anyone have a shot that really accurately represents the in-person appearance?

Also gonna renew the request for MG on Terra and/or with carbon fiber accessories if anyone has any pics.

I saw MG in person and I literally couldn't tell the difference between the body color and the diffuser color. Granted I was in the garage at the dealer at night so lighting conditions weren't ideal, but it was pretty damn close at the very least. I took a very close look as this was something I was concerned about as well, but I really couldn't tell a difference. In daylight might be a different story but I cannot opine on that.

The diffuser is a molded plastic not painted. It's almost identical to the one on my X1 and a 435 I saw in the showroom. It's darker but it's definitely a molded plastic probably a polycarbonate. I'm not an engineer but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express recently.

Picked up yesterday, put 250 miles on it in a day.

Love the way it drives. Will post more thoughts and pics soon, but wanted to get the pic up. I haven't seen many with the fineline wood trim, but I really like the way it looks with the CR interior.

I've seen the car in MG. I don't think the diffuser is the identical colour to the MG. That being said, from a distance they look the same.

I'm aware that neither Fineline Stream wood trim nor Oyster Dakota leather is very popular around here, but I'm loving the combination paired with a Mineral Grey exterior. Please help me welcome my new baby. The first three days have been a blast. Thanks to all of you who provided information and commentary to help occupy my time as she sailed across the ocean.
