It doesn't look like the other GC models. Looks more like a shrunk 3 series sedan. Which is not a bad thing - it means headroom will be decent.

Awesome skills BMWM2 !
You did a great job Would totally buy this car ! Very nice ! BMW should not hesitate to produce this RWD small car ! Totally agree with you there ! Can't wait for BMW to release it, MB is already ahead of the game with the CLA45... BMW need to catch up.

Perhaps. But with Audi and MB both now selling cars under the 30k mark I feel like from a business perspective BMW will want to match that and their way of doing that is to transition to a cheaper, FWD platform. Or they could as you say, make it cheaper for them and keep price the same $3k higher than their main competition

I'll take a Gran coupe, despite the nomenclature. I just hope for a 3300 lb, 4 dr sedan. I'd prefer 3100 lbs...Oh, I have that, but it only has 240hp. I'll take an extra *couple* hundred pounds in exchange for 80 hp. This is a possible reason to update my favorite ride. If my car were totalled on the beltway tomorrow, I'd buy an E90M, and love the V8, though I'd feel bad about the fuel mileage. This car feels like a natural successor

For those who still think BMW has lost its root or M is for "marketing" might want to think again
Really nice to see a batch of upoming small performance/enthusiasts cars from a company I love! |

And wouldnt THAT be a dumb decision. See demand for 1M. PS... why do you think these " renders" are appearing? Web forums are for marketing... (shhhhh!) Last edited by M3 Adjuster; 11-08-2013 at 04:51 PM.. |
