Interior Leather Fadings

Hey there anyone witnessed/witnessing these white fades or spots on black leather and know how to get rid of them please?

Yep, I have attributed mine to sunscreen or lotion. Does it not wipe away with a leather cleaner and conditioner method? If not, then wear and tear?

It's probably buildup as mentioned above. Clean it with a soft brush and gentle cleaner or leather cleaner.
