17' Wheels with Matte Black Plasti Dip
Hi, I have 220d with 17' wheels and I wanted to change the color of the wheels. What do you think about the color? Is it good?

Those are the stock wheels painted (plasti dipped) black.

I think it looks pretty good. Kind of thread-jacking here but i don't understand why BMW puts matching body color mirrors on the smaller engine, cheaper 2 series models and gives all the M235i owners silver mirrors that clash with every paint color...ugh

Thank you for your comment I have the same idea about the mirrors but I want to say something about "cheaper 2 series". In my country (Turkey) 220d's are $70.000 so please compare 2 series' price in your country

I'm not saying the 220d is "cheap" by any means no matter what country or currency. It is, however, universally less money than the m235i and that is the point I'm making. Why doesn't BMW supply the m235i with body color mirrors when the cars lower in the product line get them?

To the side note of the mirrors, I think silver is BMW's M Performance car signature mirror. I hate mine and they will be getting changed.
To the black wheels; I think black wheels get lost in the wheel well, particularly matte ones. In moderate to dim light or from a distance, you can't tell the appearance of the spokes. You can see this in your side view, but they look cool, even mean in the angled view. I think gunmetal or gloss black would look better, but then cost becomes an issue. I love the EBII, of course!
