Nice going. Great TV that I was actually considering to replace my 5yr old 80in LED downstairs with. However, I could not pass up on another Sony LED that went on a super deal for Cyber Monday. Although not OLED, it is a Bravia and 85in of 4K LED goodness! 😁
It'll be here soon... |

After going Sony OLED...there's no going back to LED (at least for me).
We have one remaining 4K LED Samsung and the black levels on that can't compare to OLED tech. |

I've had a 6yr old 80in 1080p LED that still looks really good especially since it's calibrated. I have patiently awaited for a 85in 4K LED TV to hit a certain price point that I could justify the upgrade. I found it yesterday and ordered it. The room it will occupy can get bright or very dark so the sheer benefits of OLED aren't worth the cost for me. Especially since for 80in, you're looking at $5k and up. Can I afford it? Sure. But can I justify it when I also have a 135in 4K Theater setup, nope. I'm quite excited about my new purchase and know it will definitely satisfy my family and I. |

Anyways no real deals on any of those over black friday weekend so ended up going with a Sony X91J 85”. Spec wise it seemed to be on par with the Samsung but was significantly less $$. I have a cheapo LG 85” at home in FL and honestly I like it apart from the black levels. I have a small 55” in the living room in NC a cheapo TCL and honestly, it has very impressive black levels compared to my LG and I believe it uses a Samsung QLED panel. I think I am good with that black level which from everything I’ve read the Sony should be on par with. Now I actually need something to put it on… it’s coming Dec 7th. |

I was really wanting the 950H 85" or X95J, Sony's best 85" LED TVs, but for the additional $1,300 or so, was not justified or necessary. But I absolutely was stuck on at least a 85in TV no matter what. Fortunately I already own a large stand that will fit that beast of a TV. |

So I was one of those people who decided the pandemic was the perfect time to finally shave my head last year, and I'm not looking back! I'm not completely bald, so I prefer the "5 o'clock shadow" over the "chrome dome" look. So the contoured foils like the Pitbull were out. I've been using a Wahl clipper for the past year, but honestly it's cumbersome and takes way to long to get an even buzz cut.
After months of searching I've finally found the perfect skull shaver for me! The Remington Shortcut Pro cut my cutting time in half and it's actually very satisfying. It's wide and contoured to your head and even waterproof! Also picked up this little car at the dealer while I got some service done.

I was getting a buzz cut (1/4" or so) for most of 2020 and this year. But I've been letting it grow back out the past few months. Still would pass a military inspection, but I actually need to use a brush again. Wifey likes it better when it's buzzed and it's certainly easier to take care of. I'm just not so sure I like the way it looks.

We have a Christmas Cocktail party to go to tonight. My GF was having anxiety about what to wear, so I bought 15, yes 15, cocktail dresses for her on Amazon. She tried them all on last night, guess what? She did not like any of them. I thought 3 were amazing. Shaking my head.

The only thing I have found better than Edge Gel is a home made concoction of coconut oil, sugar and essential oils for scent. Smoothest shave ever.
I've been on this train for about 7 years now. I have the exact same clippers. I've been on zero for a few years now, but recently started using a guard. I use the 2mm guard that comes with the same Remington curved clippers. The guards on those are garbage though. I just replaced my old curved clippers 2 months ago and 2 of the guards have already broken on me. I will say for a zero shave, this is the go-to clipper. The curve also works great on body hair. The retired curved clippers are now my body hair clippers. |

For your head? Which trimmer do you use?
I bought this guy last year and although it takes a while to shave with it, it provides the best results out of any clipper in my collection. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 |

Been thinking about trading in my 2016 GLC 300 for a hybrid SUV. Supposedly a good time trade in low to mid-range mileage cars.

Its a good time to sell but not the best time to be a buyer. You'll most likely be paying full sticker for anything now, discounts are pretty much dead.

That's always the issue, whether it be cars or houses. You can sell high, but you can't buy low.
