Enhanced BT Coded (6NH to 6NS)

I coded Enhanced BT a week or so ago and can view texts messages on my iPhone 6P but some of the options are grayed out (like reply, delete, etc.). Is this normal? I can just press and hold the voice button on the steering wheel to reply but was wondering if there is something else I need to code?

ya you can only reply etc with some phones but not iPhone

I coded this on my 2-series and I cannot reply etc on my car (with blackberry classic).

Coded a 3 series last night and they were able to reply and dictate with Dragon Drive with a blackberry passport. I doubt that the model of blackberry matters.

My car didn't come with the enhanced Bluetooth and usb package. You can code this feature in for free???
