BMW M240i

Recently I've had a low coolant warning come on intermittently when starting up the car. I have checked and the coolant level isn't low. It is now becoming more persistant. I have checked again today and there seems to be some coolant fluid leaking from the cap on the coolant tank.

Any ideas why this might be happening?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Appreciated I assume it is most likely the coolant tank cap then. Will get a new one and see if it makes a difference.

My coolant warning came on to looks like my
Cap is leaking. I'll be in for service Friday and will let them know. I got the bmw coolant and made my mix to keep topping off
