you can try 0 for D_SCHWELLE_2 and D_SCHWELLE_1 and see what happens but pretty sure FF is what I have and it's working for me

If I chose wert_01 from the drop down, I think it did change to Werte=00 automatically, and wert_03 changed it to Werte=10 if I remember correctly. Like you said, I can try messing with them and see what happens though not really sure of the usefulness of this coding.

Not sure since I have the alarm, but these can be toggled:

iDrive > Settings > Doors/key > Acoustic signal lock/unlock and ...> Flash when lock/unlock.

Yeah, the flashing can be done through iDrive and it works of course.

I find the best (short of having an alarm and acoustic signal) is to have the auto fold mirrors on remote lock/unlock...great visual signal that the doors were locked.

Oddly the mirrors sometimes also fold when you touch the handle to lock, but not always. Haven't figured out why it only happens sometimes, maybe it depends on the length of time the handle was touched to lock (short quick touch = no fold, long touch = fold?).

I set mine to 300 so if you just touch it, it will not fold but if i press just a little bit they will fold

if you want always fold you can set it to 0 and will always fold

Isn't alarm part of the premium pkg? how come you have premium pkg but not alarm?

Nope, it's a separate stand alone option for like $450. I know, $50k car and no factory alarm, pretty lame.

A car equipped with GPS and complicated ignition system really doesn't need an alarm, but no acoustical sound unless you get the alarm is pretty stupid, along with quite a few other features that you can code in but BMW just wouldn't let you have it as stock. What the F is that for?

I changed both "remember last AC setting" and "always remember air circulating" to default, yet the climate control still turns off as soon I shut off the engine. The comfort/auxiliary vent option is also grayed out. very weird.

i think it always shuts off when you turn off the engine but turns on automatically when you start it again...

what are your default values for AC and recirc?

mine are:

yeah both default to nitch_aktiv, which is how I set them now. I swear I remember the AC staying on after the engine's off before any coding was done on my car. It was hot and I remember sitting in the car playing around the iDrive after turning off the engine.
