$260.00? You can get the M2 grills for 120.00 each and I think the M235i grills are 60-70 each. Anyway, you are still saving 110-120!

I'm fairly certain they just install the black grilles during production and not after the car is built.
That said, take a step back and think about it; we're being asked to pay a hefty amount for some simple plastic grilles which cost the manufacturer a fraction to make. On top of that, they are charging significantly more for the M2 grilles than the M235i grilles. That pretty much says it all. |

I ended up ordering the M2 grilles from there which are 240 for both so I am still throwing away 120.00. Didn't want to take the chance of some tabs not lining up (my luck) and wanted to have two sets of the inner grille "just in case"...

Shouldn't be an issue. On the inside of the double slats there are part numbers for chrome and black outer parts listed.
