Anyone have N55 MHD stage 1 dyno numbers?

Hey Guys,

a week ago I flashed my F23 with MHD stage 1 (93 oct) and i def feel a big improvement although I have not once given it full throttle from a dig yet because I am on stock charge pipe as I am afraid to blow it, but I have a VSRF charge pipe in my trunk that I ordered which will be installed tomorrow morning.

I have searched google all over for someone posting MHD stage 1 dyno numbers but have not found any. Can anyone with some experience give me some information?

Thank you and have a great weekend!

Thank you for the reply, that was another N54 MHD stage 1 dyno, not an N55. I can find N54 dyno results all day, its the N55 I am looking for. It looks like no one has anything. I am not trying to squeeze every last bit of power from my cars hardware, I prefer a middle ground of power and reliability. If I am truely getting 360whp I will be more than happy. I JUST got my chargepipe installed and I am at my mosque for prayer and when I am done I will give it some WOT.

No, it was a EWG N55, the op literally says it.

The OTS makes for MHD all look like shit to me. Lower Boost, lower timing- they may be dialed for PWG turbo cars, but they are lacking for EWG. Just use the vendor list and grab a custom tune.

Ok sorry, I misread the thread. How do I get a custom tune file to flash through MHD? Can anyone point me to one/some?

Thank you!

Can you tell me where I can find the vendor list? I am on the MHD app now and do not see it. Thank you.

Thank your for all your help. Last question, are the MHD claimed numbers (up to 360hp) wheel numbers or crank numbers?

I got my charge pipe installed last weekend btw and am loving it... huge difference with tune vs stock. I had burble effect on the "softer" setting but turned it off because I heard people saying online that it is bad for the turbo seals & cat.

I believe they are likely crack Hp numbers. Those maps are too soft to make that type of power. I wouldn’t run the burble with stock cars in place either.

I assume all the flash tunes are similar in results.

I went hex tune but I did 301/310 stock, 345/380 stage 1, and 360/450 stage 2

Edit: to the wheels on dynojet. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...YHArXjNkRByXCU

Awesome videos man. I'm basically planning to do the same this year with my 435i. What gear did they use for the dyno runs?

6th is 1:1 IIRC, but 5th gave me better numbers for whatever reason lol

6th should be overdrive, and mess up everything, 4th has been 1:1 in most of my other cars

6th is definitely 1:1 on the ZF 8AT, but I have seen most people do 5th or even 4th. I'll go with 5th if/when I do dyno later this year.
