Curb Rash!

Had to swerve to avoid hitting a SUV douche that crossed the median and ended up rubbing rim on the curb. Looks really nasty, and I want to get it sorted.

Was wondering if there is a good location (good, fast, cheap, the 'triple constraint') around Portsmouth that you fine folks know about?
