Advice on a good dealership for service

I am in Western MA currently, but I am in CT and RI quite often. Can anyone recommend a good dealership for service? I think one of my speakers needs to be replaced.

New Country in Hartford is decent. That's where the other half's X3 goes. My 2 series will probably be going there when it needs service as well.

Wagner BMW in Shrewsbury or BMW Newport are both good, I don't know of any in CT...
