The net is a BMW OEM part it’s not model specific. I got it from Sun think it was like $20.
Awesome, I'll be checking into both of those! Appreciate the info.

Adding the Dinan Mid-pipe and the newly released Cold Air Intake. Should I keep the OEM parts?

Yes because you'll get next to nothing for them and if/when you sell the car you can return to stock and get good money for your upgraded gear.

Had the Dinan Carbon Finer Intake installed this week. Noticeable, but not a big difference, as I had assumed. She sure does look pretty under the hood though.

Resonator delete. Swapped out the stock pipe with resonators for the Dinan pipe. I have a MPE exhaust so my muffler guy had to modify the end of the Dinan pipe to fit into the MPE, but he's a fantastic fabricator so it was a simple job for him. Sounds great, but still not too loud (I was actually hoping it would be even louder). No drone on the highway.

Replaced my factory speakers. Had a little trouble removing the T25 behind the interior door, but I ended up popping off the door panel and slightly pulling out on the door panel outward while unscrewing and it came out. The other door didn't go as well. I was losing daylight and must have been rushing and pulled too hard. Some little piece went flying. I thought I found it but the back of it or another piece might have fallen inside the door, as now that T25 screw won't tighten.

Yeah mate - I had the same problem when I replaced my door speakers! I had to replace a few of the weird nuts that you mention.

They certainly are; the other day I paid a hair under $2 for a litre, which is around $7.50 for a US gallon - what are you paying?

Recently paid $2.93 for a US gallon of premium at Costco. Top Tier!
