High pitched noise after BM3 stage 2

Hi guys, need some input. I just flashed the bootmod3 stage 2 OTS 91 octane map, took it on a test drive and in 2nd and 3rd gear at wide open throttle I hear a loud shriek/whistle noise, it stops as soon as I let off the throttle. Sounds like it’s coming from the left side of the car. The car didnt make that noise with the stage 1 map. It only makes the noise at wide open throttle.
2014 m235i 6mt, 40,xxx miles.
Stock intake, MAD charge pipe, MAD intercooler, MAD cat less down pipe, FTP boost pipe.
I’d appreciate any input as to what it is, could be, what to look for, any similar experiences. Thanks guys.

If you're on the stock intake, might be a small leak at the charge pipe coupler or IC gasket. Check your clamps and vacuum lines as well just in case

Sounds like a boost leak

Lot more boost to bring out the problems.

Smoke test it

Boost leak. Likely at the IC and CP connection or the CP silicone connections.
