Rough idle, missfire, lean mixture

Hi!
Few months ago i've boguht this beautiful POS called M235i.
Car had been in minor accident, nothing crazy. When i've body repair i moved to engine - Valve Cover had little crack, so i've replaced it, as well as PCV valve.
Drove it for a little bit, it was running basically fine, went back home to change the oil and found a lot of bronze glitter in it. Yes it was bearings, i've replaced them with ACL Race bearings, in meantime i bought catless downpipe and installed it.
So after all, car is running a little bit rough at idle, no weird sound, usually won't even throw check engine light.
Here are the codes:

101F01 Throttle Valve opening angle absolute pressure intake pipe comparison pressure too high
118001 Mixture Control: mixture too lean
118401 Mixture control: Mixture too lean, large deviation
119304 Rail pressure sensor, plausibility: Pressure too high before engine start

If anyone have any ideas please share. May the downpipe be the issue of running lean? Could i do something wrong with the o2 sensors? 1st o2 sensor shows values around 1.3-1.5V, second one around 0.1-0.9

I had a similar problem, if you have a piggyback tuner, unplug it and test start it again. If that doesn't work, unplug the rail sensor and spray it with electronic cleaner.

If you found bronze fines in the oil, then replacing the bearings is of little use because there is metal throughout all the oil passages and it will wreck the bearings again. Also, it sounds like the wreck was severe enough to crack the valve cover so there's no telling what else might had suffered a severe impact.

Sounds to me like there's a slight vacuum leak somewhere, likely somewhere on the valve cover and/or near the charge pipe. Also a catless DP without a tune will throw codes as well.

i flushed the engine really well, one thing was interesting - there was a lot of really fine glitter, but only in oil filter housing, nothing in the oil pan. right now oil is completely clean.
also the accident wasn't that bad - all the radiators were fine, frame rails, basically all the front supports, it slipped under something and bent the hood which cracked the valve cover (like one inch crack in front of the cover). engine was carfeully checked.
I'll check for vacuum leaks today. Shouldn't downpipe throw an o2 sensor code (p0420) like in any other car?

For anyone interested - I've noticed my valve cover was leaking a little bit of oil (haven't seen that before because it was right under the cowl), turned out that gasket slipped out a little bit while i was installing valve cover. Today i replaced the gasket again, car is runing perfectly fine, no codes.
