Can you drive like Tiff Needel?

I just watched this video on how to spin your car posted by Jason - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35825.

I was wondering, can anyone on this forum do any of these maneuvers?

Other than the tires, does it mess up your car or tweak anything?

I can slide my end out a bit, but I’ve never had enough room to do anything else. It looks extremely fun.

Any HONEST feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

At 2 mins 25 secs that's me in my former E46 M3 2 years ago at the Papenburg Mercedes Benz testtrack in Northern Germany. The guy in the CSL is my friend Andre. Have fun

Im sure Robin Hood can then agree with me in that, once you learn the physics of a car, and can recover with ease and drive at its limits, nothing really is that hard...but ill tell you what, ive never heard of a "scandinavian flick" i have to try that out soon sounds fun!

BTW DO NOT FOLLOW what he said. When he was teaching how to do a donut, he said launch with the wheel turned to lock...DO NOT DO THIS!, it puts immense stress on the front suspension components (sudden energy transfer) and has been known to bend other cars suspension components. im sure it gives good donuts, but dont do it on a bmw...

Nice driving. Maybe someday I'll learn how to drift. How long do your tires last after a day like that?

Thanks for the video.

Tiff has posters of me on his wall. I'm what he wants to be when he grows up.

The Scandinavian flick is the same thing as the Feint Drift technique.

Anyone can do those things in the video with a little practice. I haven't tried the 360 yet though.

I like doing one-wheel donuts in my car.

That Skyline GTR is one helluva car. EDIT: not to mention the Jaguar V12.

Tough job Tiff has there. Oh well, another day of work.
