Why is 1st Street Queens Ny Times Square stuck on my nav menu?

Any ideas im the second owner cant get rid of this or there iphone tried everything

have you tried resetting idrive by holding down the volume button for at least 30 seconds?

I think you have to register your car to a new profile at BMW.com and then it will register the nav to your address, at least that's what I think I did before it changed.

havent tried that one, right now bmw.com is giving me trouble signing in

that address only appears at the top like the pic only when choosing the speak address im not sure what it even means but the car did come from NY I did the reset with the volume button and even took off the battery
